About the Position

We are now looking for a team leader in cleaning services. The position involves customer contact, responsibility for cleaning quality, staff, cleaning, restocking, deliveries, and planning for substitutes and vacation requests.

Requirements, Personality, and Previous Experience

• You should have documented industry experience, at least 2 years of experience as a team leader.  
• Experience in personnel responsibility. 
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Leadership experience from the service industry. 
• You have a B driver's license.
• It is an advantage if you speak Polish.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Responsible for customer contact and quality.
• Personnel responsibility for a number of cleaners.
• Ability to substitute for unplanned absences.
• Hiring new staff for assignments.
• Restocking and deliveries. 
• Reporting to the immediate supervisor.

Additional Information

Start: Immediately or by agreement.

Extent: Full-time 100%.

Location: Stockholm.

Employment Form: Probationary employment.

Salary: By agreement.
